President's Message Dear Members January was a very busy month at the club. Starting with the installation of officers. I would like to thank all who attended and special thanks to Bill Hart for all of the preparation that goes into this special night. As president I had the honor in presenting Tom Loftus with the Irish Americans Man of the Year Award. Tom is an active and supportive member of our organization, not only supportive to our club, but also to his brother members, whenever the need arises. Despite the weather the NFL barbecue weekend was a huge success. Special thanks to Kevin Aylward, Jack Marshall, Andrew Relph, Mike Sullivan, Bill Hart and John Esposito for preparing all of the food. The purpose of the meeting was to explore ideas on ways to make membership in the Malden Irish American club more attractive to the younger generation of club members.
