A Message from The
Club President
I hope that
everyone has enjoyed the Memorial Day weekend.
Now that summer
is here I urge all members to be aware of the children playing in
your neighborhoods.
Please be
extra careful entering and leaving our club parking lot as there are
many kids playing in the park.
We have
done a lot of things around the club to keep the club one of the
best around.
We hope you
can come down and enjoy the club.
We
have a few socials coming up in the fall and a pub night on June
13th.
More
information will follw soon
We
hope you can come down and have a good
time.
Once
again I ask any and all members that can make it to the monthly
meetings.
On the
third Thursday of each month.
To
Please make an effort to do so.
Last
month we could not hold a meeting.
The
Reason was because we did not have enough members to meet the
quorum required.
Please try to attend so that the officers and board
members can let you know what is going
on.
As
well as you allowing you to have your input to what you would like
to see happen in the club.

18th.

Board of Directors
Message
The
project in the card room with installation of air conditioner and
exhaust fan has been completed.
Also, replacement of new pockets on pool tables
and rebuilding of closet in coat room are also
done.
We are still working on drains in the parking
lot.
On behalf of the Board of Directors and Officers of
the club I would like to wish all the members a happy and safe
summer.

MONTHLY MEMEBERS
MEETING
Monthly Members Meeting
will be on Thursday June 18th at 7:00 P.M.
Please try to attend as
this will be the last meeting for the summer.
We will resume
meetings on September 17th.
Please
remember that any member who wants to see a By-Law change must
submit the change to the Secretary prior to the September
17th meeting in order for it to be read at the October
meeting so that it can be voted on in
November.
BINGO COMMITTEE
Once again we are looking
for volunteers to help out with bingo on Wednesday
nights.
Our Bingo committee
raises over $25,000 each year for the club as well as donate over
$10,000 in scholarships and other charitable donations in the clubs
name.
We could use some help for
a few hours on any Wednesday night from 6:00 to 8:00.
Thanks to all who have
been working and hope a few more can help out any week you have the
time.
